Model, actress, radio and television presenter, Kelly Brook has always embraced her curves and natural figure. Like most people her weight has fluctuated over time and that has affected her confidence and self-esteem. Wanting to feel her best and regain her body confidence Kelly began her weight management journey with SlimFast in 2018 initially lost an incredible two stone and has maintained a healthy and happy weight ever since.
 
Since I started my journey with SlimFast my aim has been to find the happiest and healthiest way to exist in my body.  It’s not about reaching a specific weight or dress size. It’s about finding the happiest version of myself. SlimFast has helped me to rediscover by best self.  I’ve truly found my ‘size sexy’.
 
If Kelly ever wants to switch from weight maintenance to losing weight she follows the SlimFast 3.2.1. plan and loves the fact that it allows her to eat up to six times a day – with the choice of three snacks, two SlimFast bars or shakes and one delicious home cooked meal of up to 600 calories.
