SlimFast - Win a Fab NEW Style #SlimFastChallenge terms & conditions

 

Promotion starts at 00:01 on 04.02.2020 and closes at 23:59 on 29.02.2020. Any entries received outside these dates will not be valid.

   

Open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, associates, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

 

Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified.

 

Entry into the Prize draw  

 

The SlimFast ‘Win a Fab NEW Style #SlimFastChallenge’ prize draw is open to UK residents who are 18+ and excludes employees and their families of KSF Acquisition UK Limited, subsidiary and associated companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

 

To take part in the SlimFast ‘Win a Fab NEW Style #SlimFastChallenge’ prize draw, a consumer will enter their email address into a data capture which is hosted on a dedicated prize draw microsite within the promotional period 04.02.2020 to 29.02.202. To enter, visit the promotional website ​www.slimfast.co.uk/win.

 

Fill in the online entry form ​www.slimfast.co.uk/win. By entering your personal details, including a full name and a valid email address. Only one entry is required to enter all of the prize draws (1x monthly and 12 x weekly prize draws). Once the month ends, the consumer's email address will roll over and be entered into the prize draws of the following month.

 

Entries must be made by the 23:59 on the last day of each month to be valid for the monthly prize draw. Any claim attempts made after this date that are not dated within the promotional period will be deemed as invalid for that month.

 

Only one email address per household. 

 

Direct entries only, participants cannot entry under someone else's name or address. Please ensure your use your legal name at the time of entering.

 

No entries from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with these instructions will be rejected. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entry into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion e.g , that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

 

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 

Monthly prize draw

 

At the end of each monthly prize draw, a winner will be picked at random and will be contacted by a prize partner representative and gifted a monthly prize in January (£500 Love2Shop Voucher), If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner within 28 days of the closing date, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information. By entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

The January prize includes: £500 worth of Love2Shop Vouchers.

 

Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.

 

Should any items become unavailable or discontinued, the prize provider (Cloud Incentives Ltd) will endeavour to find a suitable alternative of an equal or higher value.

 

Weekly prize draw

 

At the end of each weekly prize draw, a winner will be picked at random and will be contacted by a SlimFast representative and gifted the NEW SlimFast Food Not FOMO Recipe Book. If SlimFast is not able to get in contact with the winner within 28 days of the closing date, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information. By entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

There are no cash or prize alternatives in whole or in part available unless stated. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Winners agree that, by accepting a prize, they will be required to take part in any related reasonable publicity with no recompense.

 

For a list of the winners' names, write to: Win a Fab NEW Style #SlimFastChallenge Competition Promotion: Activation Digital Ltd, Top Floor, The Architecture Centre, 16 Narrow Quay, Bristol, BS1 4QA, enclosing a self-addressed envelope within three months of the closing date of 31/03/2020.

 

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 201 and The General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes in mainland UK) without the individual's prior consent. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the winner and refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there is, or the Promoter has reason to believe there is, or has been, a breach of these terms and conditions.  

 

The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.

Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, which prevents or impedes due performance of its obligations, including, but not limited to the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud, war or hostilities, riots or civil commotion, Acts of God, lockout or other action by workers or any natural disaster, and which effects cannot be avoided by appropriate and reasonable measures (at reasonable costs), the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. It is the participant's responsibility to check the terms and conditions for any changes made throughout the campaign period. The Promoter will not be held responsible for not notifying the participant.
