  1. Stock up your fridge
Have a kitchen clear out! Remove tempting snacks and stock up the fridge with Keto friendly foods. There's plenty on the menu to choose from:
  • Seafood - salmon, sardines, mackerel, and other fish rich in omega-3 are naturally low in carbs and perfect for Keto.
  • Low carb vegetables - the general rule is to keep starchy vegetables such as potatoes, peas and corn to a minimum but to still pack in plenty of green veg to ensure you don’t miss out on all of the nutritional benefits they provide
  • Cheese! You can happily buy your favourite cheese, it’s low in carbs and high in fat.
  • Meat and poultry - your choice! Naturally low in carbohydrates as well as often containing other vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, potassium and zinc. Check the label to be sure they're Keto friendly.
