Our favourite Keto friendly foods So much is on the menu following a Keto lifestyle! From avocados, oily fish, eggs, chicken... Not to mention our NEW SlimFast Keto Fuel Shakes, and Nutty Caramel Bar. Check out our favourite keto friendly foods below.

Avocado – a source of vitamins B5, E and B5, K, creamy avocados work wonders in smoothies, dips and even desserts! Get inspired with our recipe for our Avocado Whip.

Salmon – an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids and protein, salmon is delicious roasted, baked and grilled!

Full fat yogurt – creamy and filling, full fat yogurt with berries makes a delicious keto-friendly dessert, not to mention its versatility as an ingredient in sauces and smoothies!

Courgette – spiralised, sliced, grilled or baked, the courgette makes a brilliant pasta alternative when made into ‘courgetti’.  What’s more, they are a source of vitamin C.

Olive oil – rich in monounsaturated fats, olive oil contains vitamins E, a well-known antioxidant.  Olive Oil makes a delicious dressing.

Eggs – poached, fried, scrambled or baked – whichever way you have them eggs are nutritious and delicious!  Eggs contain vitamins A, B2, D, B5 and B12. 

Berries – lower in carbs than some other fruits, berries are a great source of the antioxidant vitamin C.

Cauliflower – no longer just combined with cheese, cauliflower makes a mean pizza base and is delicious when roasted! 

Coconut oil – bursting with flavour, coconut oil works wonderfully as an ingredient in homemade sweet treats or for cooking.

Nuts – a delicious and satisfying snack on their own, or why not try blending them to make your very own homemade nut butter?
