Jazz up that Summer Strawberry shake

If you’re looking to shake things up, try adding some frozen berries to your strawberry shake powder and skimmed milk before giving it a quick blitz in the blender. If berries aren’t your thing, some cut up banana pieces blended in with our strawberry shake really does the trick of nursing your summer nostalgia and sending winter blues on their way! You could even try adding in a small pot of non-fat strawberry yogurt to intensify the thickness and creaminess of the shake – just remember, whatever you add, subtract the calories from one of your 3 snacks.
