SlimDance – 15 Stone Weight Loss
Sunday 8th April
Meet our incredible SlimDance stars, introducing Z, Saffire, Hayley, Tom, Charlotte, Lucy and last but not least the gorgeous Alexandra Burke; collectively they have lost a whopping 15 stone following the SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan, what an achievement!Proud doesn’t even cut it. It takes real courage to share your personal weight loss journey, let alone to then be filmed, introduced to a group of strangers and then learn a dance with professional choreographer Neil Jones and amazing SlimFast ambassador Alexandra Burke. The nerves were apparent initially, but throughout the day their confidence began to build and by the end of the dance session the energy, enthusiasm and excitement was very clear to see!
SlimDance was created as a way of celebrating life’s ‘victory moments’. That celebratory jiggle in the changing room when you can finally fit into that pair of jeans, or the jump for joy when the scales are on your side and that fist pump Y-E-SSSS moment. It is that joyous moment where you realise it was all worth it. We wanted to capture that.
Neil created a dance inspired by everyone’s ‘victory moments’ and successfully taught these lovely stars the routine. As a group of non-dancers, they picked up the dance brilliantly and really gave it their all.
Alex’s laugh is contagious, she was on hand to swap weight loss stories, diet tips and of course strut her stuff alongside our SlimDancers.

A high BMI from increased muscle alone is not associated with health risks. These are the recommended classifications for BMI, adopted by the Expert Panel on the Identification, Evaluation, and Treatment of Overweight & Obesity in Adults, and endorsed by leading organizations of health professionals.
