Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 3 tbsp Keto Pizza Sauce
  • 120g mozzarella cheese, torn
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips (70g)
  • 1 tomato, sliced (70g)
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Follow instructions for the Cauliflower Pizza Crust and Keto Pizza Sauce recipes for optimal low-carb pizza components.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6/180C fan oven

  3. Spoon the pizza sauce over your cooked cauliflower base and spread to cover. Top with sliced tomato, mozzarella and pepper strips. Put in the oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melting. Remove from oven, scatter with basil leaves and slice to serve.
