Salted Caramel & Choc Energy Balls

Make these delicious, no-bake energy balls quickly and easily. They are packed with almonds, fibre-rich chia seeds and SlimFast Advanced Vitality adds an extra bit of bounce.

Ingredients

  • 75g ground almonds
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 150g dates, pitted
  • 25g raisins
  • 1 scoop of SlimFast Advanced Vitality Salted Caramel
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients (minus water) in a food processor and whizz until a crumb-like texture forms.

  2. Add 2 tbsp. water and whizz again until the mixture comes together.

  3. Divide the mixture into 12 and roll into balls.

  4. Pop in the freezer to firm up for 20 minutes before serving.

  5. Twist and tips - these can be kept in the frezzer and eaten from frozen, or remove 30 minutes before eating.
