                                                             Elderflower Fizz – 133 calories
The Elderflower Fizz is super easy to make and will kick-start any summer party. Mix it up and try it with different elderflower flavours.
Ingredients
 
  • 4 ice cubes                                                    0 calories
  • 4-5 mint leaves                                             4 calories
  • 25ml elderflower cordial                            6 calories
  • 25ml gin (lowest calorie)                            56 calories
  • 50ml apple juice no added sugar            10 calories
  • 80ml prosecco                                              53 calories
  • 3 slices of cucumber                                    4 calories

Method
  1. Add the ice cubes to a large jug, followed by the gin, elderflower cordial and apple juice.
  2. Pour in the prosecco
  3. Add the cucumber and mint.
  4. Stir and serve

Ingredients

  • Slimline tonic 200ml                                    4 calories
  • Lemon or lime wedge                                  2 calories

Method
  1. Add the ice to a glass.
  2. Pour in the 50ml of gin.
  3. Add the Slimline tonic
  4. Squeeze and add a lemon, or lime wedge.

The Tom Collins is a tall refreshing drink, super easy to make and low in calories. Try different garnishes to deliver a unique twist.
Ingredients
 
  • Ice                                                                      0 calories
  • 60ml gin (lowest calorie)                              112 calories
  • 30ml lemon juice                                           10 calories
  • 15ml sugar syrup                                            8k calories
  • Soda water                                                       0 calories
  • 1 red cherry                                                     5 calories
  • Lemon slice                                                     1 calories

Method
  1. Add the ice, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
