That’s why our top tip for this February is to give your closet a makeover while you’re on your weight loss journey. Not only will it give you that little extra bit of motivation, it can help you rediscover your old favourite gems that you forgot you had. Follow our 3 simple tips below and, before you know it, you’ll have an entirely ‘new’ wardrobe!


Create a ‘goal weight’ section

Start by visualising your goal. Pick out specific clothes that you’d like to be able to fit into once you’ve reached your ideal weight. As the inches come off, keep trying on these ‘goal weight clothes and keep going until you get there!


Tidy and simplify with the KonMarie method

Who’s seen the hit show on Netflix- Tidying up with Marie Kondo? For those of you who haven’t, the KonMarie method of simplifying and organising your home involves asking yourself the simple question: does this item bring me joy? If not, it’s time to get rid of it. It’s not about discarding for the sake of it, but rather to make sure items you do hold on to truly make you happy.


Get creative!

As more of your existing clothes become oversized tops, don’t be so quick to throw them away either. For your favourite pieces, you can still wear them in a flattering way by using a belt to cinch in the waist and give it a bit more shape. Pair these with some jeans or pants, and you’ve got a new look showing off the slimmer, more confident you! Little tricks like these mean there’s no need to buy clothes in 3 different sizes as the inches come off.
