Whilst Sarah generally feels comfortable with her body, losing a small amount of weight (up to a stone) would make a big difference to her confidence. She has a busy social life, enjoying eating out and going to bars with her friends, which can make weight loss hard and weight gain easy.

Sara has tried various different diets and shakes previously but none of them stacked up in taste and the results didn’t last long. She took part in the SlimFast challenge, lost 7lbs and continues her journey.

I felt less bloated straight away – I could tell that it was going to work for me. I lost weight during the first week, which spurred me on for the next. After two weeks, I was feeling 10/10 in happiness!”
