Rachel had started her weight loss journey with SlimFast back in March 2015 and have dropped an amazing 10 dress sizes! Currently, she is still on the SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan in order to reach her target weight. We are so proud of what Rachel has achieved so far that we wanted to share her journey so that she can inspire and motivate others. Keep up the excellent work Rachel, you rock!
“I lost my mum in January and was aware that I was seriously comfort eating. One day, I said randomly to my husband that I am going to start SlimFast on Monday. We went straight to Superdrug and I set myself up for a month. I have continually stuck to it regardless every week since the 16th March 2015. Even going on holiday abroad, I still stuck to it eating sensibly.”
Rachel’s typical routine in the SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan is a shake in the morning, meal replacement bar for lunch and then a 600-calorie meal in the evening. As for the 3 snacks following the Plan, she fancies a kitkat at night, along with fruit, bar or crisps which are under 100 calories. “I have also took up walking which I still maintain every day setting a goal of 10,000 steps on my phone.”
Rachel gets motivation to keep going with support from family and seeing her own transformation, “My mum’s favourite shop was Next and when I was big I could never buy anything from there.  Now, I go regularly and buy 18/20 of the shelf with no problem. This is a very big goal for me and it keeps me going. I have also received a lot of support from my husband, family and friends. I am still focused and determined as when I first started. When I reach my goal, I will still use SlimFast to maintain my weight.”
