We are well in to the Christmas countdown and we understand that it is hard time of year to be on a diet and stay focused. Fear not! Our fabulous Linda Lusardi is here to show you 3 easy tips to pimp your shake and help you stay on track this festive season!

1. Spicy Caramel Kick

Going to leave out some cookies for Santa?  Why not save one for yourself to create this lush concoction of caramel, chocolate, and shortbread—the ultimate treat you deserve!
