With our bespoke SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan, we’re all about creating an easy, doable Plan that works for you! You can twist things up, and boost your shakes by using 3 of your 100 calorie snacks. Here are our Top #SlimFastTwists,


Tiramisu Thick Shake (430kcal)

2 levels scoops of Chunky Chocolate Powder

250ml skimmed milk

Extra 200kcal:

  • 1-2tsp. coffee granules
  • 40g avocado
  • 20g ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. honey

Vanilla and cinnamon shake (425kcal)

2 level scoops of Simply Vanilla flavour

250ml semi-skimmed milk

extra 195kcal:

  • 20g (1 tbsp.) almond butter
  • 100g banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

PB&J shake (412kcal)

2 level scoops of Slimfast Summer Strawberry

250ml semi-skimmed milk

Extra 182kcal:

  • 30g peanut butter



Choose 2 of the following to boost your shake:

  • 25g oats (93kcal)
  • 20g ground flaxseed (100kcal)
  • 50g avocado (95kcal)
  • 115g banana (98kcal)
  • 16g peanut butter (97kcal)
  • 16g almond butter (93kcal)
  • 125g plain yoghurt (100kcal)
  • 150g frozen mango (88kcal)

Plus add a flavour if you wish:

  • 1-2 tsp. coffee granules
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 -1 tsp. cinnamon
