Pimp up your Vitality shake with our clever SlimFast Twists! With our bespoke SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan, we’re all about creating an easy, doable Plan that works for you! Why not add a twist to your favourite Vitality shakes using our ideas below?
 
Tiramisu Thick Shake
2 level scoops of SlimFast Vitality Chocolate Intensity 
250ml semi-skimmed milk 
Extra 200kcal:
  • 1-2tsp. coffee granules
  • 40g avocado
  • 20g ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. honey
 
Caramel, banana & cinnamon shake 
2 level scoops of SlimFast Vitality Salted Caramel
250ml semi-skimmed milk
Extra 195kcal: 
  • 20g (1 tbsp.) almond butter
  • 100g banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

PB&J shake
2 level scoops of SlimFast Vitality Strawberry & Blueberry
250ml semi-skimmed milk
Extra 182kcal:
  • 30g peanut butter
 
PICK & MIX – Shake up your own recipe!
 
Choose 2 of the following to boost your shake:
 
  • 25g oats (93kcal)
  • 20g ground flaxseed (100kcal)
  • 50g avocado (95kcal)
  • 115g banana (98kcal)
  • 16g peanut butter (97kcal)
  • 16g almond butter (93kcal)
  • 125g plain yoghurt (100kcal)
  • 150g frozen mango (88kcal)
 
Plus add a flavour if you wish:
 
  • 1-2 tsp. coffee granules
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 -1 tsp. cinnamon
