If you’re looking to go Vegan for Veganuary, or simply want to try and include more plant based options into your diet, then SlimFast is here to help you reach your goal. We’ve pulled together a list of our top tips to help you stay you stay on track and keep motivated.   
  1. Meal Plan to the Max: There’s a reason meal plans are talked about so much when it comes to sticking to a diet. Whether you want to follow our Slimfast 3.2.1. Plan or you just want to go Vegan for the month, if you’ve made a food diary for the week or pre-cooked your meals you're much more likely to stick to it. Just putting an hour or two aside each Sunday will keep you more committed and keep your goals top of mind.
  1. Ready Steady... Research: If you’re new to Veganuary or just want to broaden your diet then it’s a great idea to do some research into what foods you can and can’t have. You’d be surprised how many foods and vegan alternatives are out there, our Strawberry & Blueberry shake is a great example of a a nutritious vegan option.
  1. Shake Shake Shake It: Including vegan shakes is a great way to get all the nutrients you need into a simple & quick nutritionally balanced meal. It’s a great go to if you’re in a rush or just want something quick and easy to pull together.
  1. A friend for Veganuary is a friend for life: There’s nothing like having a supportive friend or family member to help you stay motivated so try and encourage them to join the challenge too! If you’re a part of our Slimfast Community Group then you’ll know that having supportive friends is the best way to help you stay motivated and on track.
  1. Did I hear... Taco Tuesday?: Themed Nights are a great way to great creative and take your meal plans up a notch. Doing Veganuary doesn’t have to be dull, so why not treat yourself to a Mexican Fiesta on a Tuesday evening, you could even add a little extra entertainment by adding decorations or activities to go with your theme.
  1. Have fun Fun FUN: (this is a must do & probably the best tip of the bunch) Don’t forget to have fun and enjoy yourself!
