Free Slim·Fast Shaker offer

  1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, Agents or anyone professionally connected with the offer.
  2. No purchase necessary. The first 10,000 people who register to participate in one of Slim.Fast’s online plans by filling an official form at the Slim.Fast website (www.slimfast.co.uk) will qualify for a free Slim.Fast Shaker. To qualify for this offer the applications must be made not later than midnight GMT on 18/09/2008.
  3. The promotion is limited to one Slim.Fast Shaker per household.
  4. No applications from Agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
  5. Entries which are not submitted via the official online form will be disqualified and are not the responsibility of Promoter or its Agents.
  6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Slim.Fast Shaker for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  8. No cash alternative will be offered.
  9. The Shakers will be sent by 2nd class post to the address of the successful applicants indicated on the online form within 28 days of the application. The winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked ‘Slim.Fast Shaker offer’ to TMW, 81 King’s Road, London, SW3 4NX within 10 weeks after the published closing date.
  10. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the counts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
