These Terms and Conditions apply to the SlimFast UK email competition (hereafter referred to as the Competition) organised by SlimFast UK. Participants automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Competition will be from 16th November 2015 to 11.59pm on 6th December 2015. SlimFast reserves the right to adapt the conditions, prizes, definitions or other information, or to cancel the Competition, at any time without any form of prior announcement.
Participation in the Competition gives the chance to win a £100 ASOS voucher.
Registration via the SlimFast.co.uk website must occur in order to qualify to be a winner.
One winner will be chosen at random to win a £100 ASOS voucher.
Entrants will be contacted via email if they are chosen as a winner. The winner must respond to such notification and provide the details requested. If a potential winner has not confirmed receipt of the notification within THREE (3) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected on the same basis as described above in section 5.
Winners will be required to provide the Promoter with information including their name, BMI, phone number, home address and proof of age (entrants must be 18 years of age or over).
The Promoter will send the prize no later than 28 days after the winner has responded to the notification in section 7 above. The prize will be sent by post to the address that the winner provides. The Promoter is not responsible where incorrect details are provided.
There is no cash alternative to the prizes and the Promoter reserves the right to offer prizes of equal or greater value.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries or prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
