I visited the doctor and was overweight and had high cholesterol. I was
worried for my health so I knew that was it, I had to change. Also, I had booked
a holiday for February 2012 to go to Cuba, which I really wanted to get in shape
for. After going to the doctor’s I realised I needed to take action. A work
colleague had tried it and talked about the great results she had experienced,
so my friend Faye and I decided to give it a go!
I’ve got so much more energy – I can now run up the stairs without huffing
and puffing, which is great. I walked on holiday in September without getting
out of breath! I’m not hungry and I don’t crave the greasy breakfasts I used to
eat. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and have been buying lovely new clothes – all my
colleagues keep complimenting me, which is so nice!
