how much weight have will i expect to lose in the first week ??? I have been doing celebrity slim and lost 5lb in my first week ....but different people i have spoken to say slim fast is better ....they have more verity and a lot cheaper ...so am starting tomorrow to see which one i prefer so any information would be great good luck yo everyone on your weight lost journey......shaz1965......
well its my first week too, i nevered tryed slim fast before but i was tony ferguson for the last 3 weeks, and that was costing £28.50 per week just on shakes, so i noticed this on offer in boots and stocked up, so fingers crossed i will have lost a few pounds tomorrow on my weighing day,

I am starting tomorrow too... been doing the tesco diet for a while and have been losing weight slowly, I need to boost my weight loss so thought I'd try slimfast for a bit..... Wishing us all luck!!!
I lost half a stone in 10 days just through drinking a shake for breakfast, a watery chicken noodle soup with 1 dry piece of brown bread and i have normal family meals for dinner but i have the same size portion as my 16 month old son, i havent started any excercise yet either so im hoping to loose a lot more when i do start excerising. I think that it or depends on your weight to begin with i was 16 and a half stone so i think i will lose quite a bit to begin with. Good luck

Weight loss can vary greatly between individuals, it is difficult to say exactly how much weight an individual will lose whilst on the Slim.Fast plan. Experts recommend losing weight at an average rate of between 1-2 lbs per week. Even if you lose only 0.5 lbs. per week then this is still perfectly fine; the key thing is that however small, you continue to see a small decrease in your weight each week.
