  • hi everyone im on day 4 and really enjoying the plan,i havent felt hungry and have drank plenty of water 

     

    i would love to hear from anyone who is also following the plan

  • hiya Im due to start the plan tomorrow i was ment to start last week but the week just went belly up so tomorrow is my start date I just hope this works for me. I went in to join a gm and when i mentioned the slimfast diet they were so against it but so many people are losing weight on this so it cant be that bad congrats on sticking to the plan well done just think of you weigh in now in 3 days and I hope you get the results you hoped for keep me posted and i'll do the same :)

  • started week 2 yesterday and iam still going strong after all the times ive said ill lose weight and given up after a few days this time i am in the right zone to actually do it. At times finding the water hard and due to medical issues cannot do much exercise but am doing what i can first weeks loss was more than i dreamt of so its given me a really good start but iam going for 1/2 stone at a time because i have so much to lose

    good to see day 4 and youre enjoying it that will help youre first weigh in will soon be here

  • its great to come on here and get support and also see other peoples great results I just hope I can do as well as some of the girls on here. 6lbs in 1 week is fab congratulations second week in u will fly it. Im going to measure myself as well once a month just to see what the difference is, no-one wants me to do the slimfast because they are all in slimming world and keep at me to do that but ive tried it and cant get on in it for some reason. so its going to be slimfast all the way for me good luck with ur weigh ins :)

  • hi sorry for no reply yesterday it was a very busy day, I'm still doing well and hoping for a good weight loss on Sunday i finding it strange that I'm only having 2 shakes and 1 meal (no snacks) and I'm not feeling hungry maybe its because I'm drinking 2 litres of water per day.Have a good day everyone and hopefully ill read your replies later :)

  • hi all just a quick update im really dissapointed with myself i have had a blow out yesterday i enjoyed it at the time but later thought why o why did i just do that so close to weigh in,im not giving up im back in the mind set today ill let you all know my weight loss tomorrow

    I did the same thing last night.. had well over my 600 calories! but like you i'm back on it today because i am determined to do it! I guess a little blow out now and then keeps you focused!

  • im glad im not on my own. im back on it today aswell although when i had my shake i felt ill after it, (maybe its to do with all the rubbish i ate last night) ive got to go shopping later so im taking a slimfast bar with me

  • hi all hows everyone doing if im going to be honest ive done bad the last few days but still lost 1lb it could of been better but its better than a gain. im going to try to stick to it from today :)

  • Great to hear that you're all still on track and enjoying it. As long as it's not too often, the odd 'off' day won't make a big difference, and 1lb-2lbs a week is the steady rate of loss recommended by experts anyway!
