Morning!!!! Well here i am on my first SF day and im very hopeful that this diet is going to work for me.I did lose 2 stone on ww but i think i just struggle with the new pro points think.
Ive never been able to swallow the shakes so the discovery of the meal bars is whats prompted me to start SF and i am really really excited! So, here's to a successful journey!
Hi..I started yesterday! Im only a day in but I think it's going to be ok as long as I keep busy and plan ahead. A few friends of mine have lost quite a bit using sf so hopefully it'll help me too. I want to ideally lose 3 stone but I'm happy with whatever happens if it means feeling better about me! I've only had the banana shakes but am off to the shops later to pick up more supplies, and I have to say I'm excited about getting on the scales in a weeks time!! So good luck.. I'd love a sf buddy to help me along the way.. I'm sure I'm going to have a few less positive days!! Joanna

That sounds great, the more the merrier they say! I'm finding it fine so far I don't feel hungry or tempted.. I suppose if anything I'm a little concerned I'm not eating enough because i only had a nectarine (37 cals), slim a soup (61 cals) and a mullet light ( 90 cals) as my snacks yesterday. Im going to pop into Asia later I think and buy some quavers and slim fast snacks! I really hope it works.. I'm going away in just under 4 was and would love to have got rid of the first 10lbs!

Hi smita... I really do think it is all about keeping the end goal in sight... I'm really positive that with a bit of like minded support we can get there! I had my banana shake for breakfast and then a nectarine for a snack. I had a cup of soup for lunch, normally I wouldn't have had one as a meal but I bought some Ainsley Harriott Indian mulligatawny cup of soups in asda and they are like a can of soup..really thick and filling, and only 106 calories so I will have an extra snack later if I'm hungry. I'm struggling a bit with drinking as much water as I should be but im trying! If anything I don't remember to drink it! I really hope you find it easy to get on with... We'll get there!!! I'm looking forward to seeing what comes off at the end of the week!x

so joanna, are u not following the 2 shakes and 3 snacks principle. r u replacing them with ur own equivalent snacks and meals? if so would you let me have some of those ideas? i am off to Asda to buy some mulligatawny soup now.

u click on the name of the person who u want as a buddy. then in the column on the left there will be an option to send a buddy request to that person.
Have just had another glass of water because everyone said they just had!!!!!! The power of suggestion huh! I'm sticking to the 3 snacks and 2 shakes but I do tend to get bored quite quickly so if I feel like a change rod something hot for example I'll have a soup and muller light yogurt. I guess as long as I'm keeping it under the 230 calories mark its the same. Haven't done my exercise yet but am going to tackle a new kettle bell workout DVD. I've seen them used on biggest loser and a few people have recommended them!
Oooooh ive seen kettle bells too but was worried id launch it through the ceiling or something! I think i'll tackle a bit of davina tonight :-)

I'll have a look around the site to see if we can set up a little group!x I bought the little bell from Argos and I quite like them..got a fab DVDs workout but may not be walking or sitting for the next few days!x
Hey, I've just started the diet and am struggling. I love eating out and don't want to give that up entirely. Do you think this could work for me? I love the shakes and snacks, that's all good, but I think I'd kill myself if I had to give up eating out. And I'd love a buddy too if anyone wants to take me up? I'm 11 stone, want to lost 10lbs at least (in a month I hope)... Yes, cheers, bye for now. xxx
