Am very disappointed, stuck to it religiously yet only lost two pounds, am I doing something wrong. Admittedly cannot do loads of exercise due to a medical issue but still thought I would lose more. Very down today :0(

please dont be down 2lb is good i know you see big numbers for 1st week at times but it depends how much you have to lose and sometimes it dosent show first week but even so you have lost not gained or stayed the same and if you hadnt done anything you wouldnt be 2lb lighter this week.

Please don't be downhearted! Experts actually recomment losing 1-2lbs per week as the ideal rate of weight loss. Some people do report big losses in the first couple of weeks, as everyone is different, but the rate will also slow down for them. And you did lose weight!

your body kind of goes into a little starvation mode and wants to hand on to as much as poss, I watched my sister spend years on weight watchers and other diets before she tried liter life, some weeks she even put on 2lb after being sooo good, and feeling so terrible, my advice is maybe weigh yourself every 2/3 weeks.
I hope to lose 2/3 lbs a week which will take me to July to lose 4 stone, if you lose the weight to quickly it goes back even quicker! I didn't believe it but it does! I lost about 9lb on my fast within 2 weeks it was all back : (
you said you can't do exercise, can you do punches with your arms? some workouts videos do just 10 minutes of upper body exercise that's quite gentle, you can even sit down : D I said to someone on another post I really would love to get myself a punching bag, it's great exercise and super fun too : D

Thanks peeps, nice to have someone put it into perspective. I just wanna lose weight. Hate being big and unhealthy 😢. It's actually upper body I have issues with mostly exercise wise but I have a first physio appt tomorrow so am going to ask for some advice on what I can do. Thanks everyone for your support 😄. Onwards and upwards
