Slim.Fast Everyday will send regular emails featuring expert advice and tips - each customised to help you through the more difficult early stages of your slimming journey, so you can keep to your Slim.Fast Plan. After 14 days, when you’re properly settled into your weightloss programme, you will receive email support from us every two weeks, for as long as you like.
